Rocky Mountain Adventurous After the Wedding Session

Okay, but where do I even start with these two? I'm really bad with words especially when my heart is about to burst with so many emotions, but saying how blessed I am that these two came into my life would be a ginormous understatement.

Their love story is so incredible & the statement "when you know, you know" has never been more true when it comes to Payton + Clayton. They met in June & were married by February (I also had the privilege of shooting their wedding day in Fort Worth, TX - stay tuned for that blog).

When Payton called me a few months ago to talk about her dream wedding day, we were instantly friends. & then she asked for my husband & I to honeymoon crash with her & Clayton for their post wedding photos in Colorado.

We all double dated - had dinner & probably one too many drinks at the Wheel Bar. Payton kicked my butt in foosball. & then the following day we hiked through the mountains to shoot amazing photos. We were photobombed by elk, walked into a trail where people snow shoeing were walking out (& may or may not have told us to turn back because the blizzard up in the higher altitude was getting bad - we didn't listen), & we had such a freaking blast.

Pay + Clay, I just love you guys so much! Can't wait to ambush you guys when I'm back in Fort Worth in May!
